A dedicated neuro-rehabilitation organization in Barnsley is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to assist individuals with acquired brain injuries. This role involves providing support to regain skills, confidence, and independence, with no prior extensive care experience necessary as ample training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be kind, proactive, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment.
Location: Barnsley S70
Salary: £12.60 per hour

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life.
We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and support is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.

This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.
