Job summary

Total Community Care, part of CCH, is seeking caring individuals to join a Complex Care team in Taunton. You will support a gentleman with a spinal cord injury, assisting rehabilitation, daily activities, and social outings while providing reliable, flexible, and compassionate care.

No prior qualifications or experience are required as full training and shadowing are provided, with opportunities for career growth within the team.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for compassionate, proactive individuals to join our dedicated support team.
• Role involves assisting with ongoing rehabilitation, including daily physiotherapy and structured exercise programmes.
• No formal qualifications or prior experience required; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman with a spinal cord injury to maintain independence and life activities.
• Assist with daily activities and social outings.
• Provide daily physio and structured exercise programmes as part of rehabilitation.
• Contribute to wellbeing and continuity of care.
