Job summary

Surrey County Cricket Club is seeking a Rehabilitation Strength and Conditioning Coach to support the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our Senior and Academy players in London. The role focuses on assessment, planning and delivery of evidence-based S&C programmes following injury or surgery in collaboration with the Senior and Academy Physiotherapists.

Working with the S&M team, you will adopt a player-centred approach to maximise availability, support safe return to training

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality S&C rehabilitation services to senior and academy players.
• Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes post-injury or surgery.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and the S&M team to optimise recovery and return to training.
• Provide player-centred rehabilitation, integrating strength, conditioning and performance principles.
• Support rehabilitation sessions, training, matchdays and wider S&M service delivery.
• Collect and analyse workload data to inform programme design.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance and safeguarding frameworks.
