Sodexo is seeking a Programme Facilitator for HMP Northumberland to deliver accredited offending behaviour programmes in line with OSIG requirements, audits, and PSIs/PSOs. You will build therapeutic relationships with participants and work with colleagues to support rehabilitation.

You will conduct assessments, run group sessions, and produce clear post-programme reports, contributing to safer communities and reduced reoffending.

Formación

• Ability to prepare and deliver structured learning sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or willingness to work with offender management teams.
• Knowledge of offending behaviour interventions or treatment models.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accredited offending behaviour programmes to national standards.
• Attend mandatory core skills and programme-specific training.
• Conduct motivational and responsivity interviews before programme selection.
• Deliver one-to-one sessions where required.
• Prepare for and facilitate group sessions.
• Complete session plans, debriefs and programme administration accurately.
