The Reablement and Home First Team provides vital short‑term services to people in their homes to help them regain as much independence as possible after a stay in hospital, an injury or illness. This role supports people with personal care, meal preparation, medication supervision, and exercise programmes. The service operates 7 days a week between 07:00 and 22:00 with multiple rota patterns.
Shift patterns (highly sought): 08:00–13:30 (4 on/4 off) or 17:00–22:00 (4 on/4 off). Full‑time and evening positions are available.
