Job summary

SRG in London is seeking a Graduate Regulatory Writer for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is hybrid with at least three days on site and a starting ASAP.

The salary is £31,050 per annum plus standard benefits. As part of the Regulatory Writing & Submissions team, you'll support the preparation and review of regulatory documents, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and develop scientific writing skills for health authorities worldwide.

Qualifications

• UK university graduate within the last 2 years.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or regulatory affairs is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly.
• Good time management and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and review of regulatory documents for submission to health authorities.
• Develop high‑quality regulatory documents using templates and style guides.
• Collaborate with Statistics, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs.
• Contribute to planning and presentation of scientific data within regulatory documents.
• Support project plans and timelines to ensure timely deliverables.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams and assist in meeting milestones.
• Learn regulatory requirements and company standards; apply best practices.
• Develop proficiency in regulatory writing tools and document management systems.
• Support continuous improvement and share best practices within the team.
• Maintain training compliance and quality standards.
