JOB TITLE: Regulatory Solicitor (Advocate)

LOCATION: London
SALARY: Excellent + Benefits
A leading regulatory team is seeking experienced Advocates to join its expanding practice, supporting an increasing volume of work and new client wins. The team acts for professional regulators and regulated professionals across law, health and social care, accountancy and education. Advocates appear before regulatory tribunals and courts in England and Wales, including the High Court, with a particular focus on healthcare fitness to practise trials. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with advocacy experience with at least one year of experience handling contested and uncontested hearings in a fitness to practise context. Strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a collegiate, team-oriented approach are essential, along with a commitment to continuous professional development and excellent client care.
This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised regulatory team, highly ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, known for delivering expert advice in a supportive and collaborative environment. The team values technical excellence, professional development and a client-centred approach to regulatory work.
