About Our Client

The Birmingham office of a national private practice.

Job Description

This is the chance to join a leading Regulatory team and take on a broad caseload.

The team typically acts within the healthcare sector on a range of issues including:

  • Inquests
  • Health and Safety
  • Court of Protection
  • Mental Health / Capacity matters
  • Other sector specific regulatory matters

The team operates as a national team so you would part of a large team with lots of interaction with and support from colleagues.

The firm is very flexible when it comes to hybrid working, so it's likely you would only be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week (you can go into the office more if you would like to do so).

The Successful Applicant

The firm is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor with at least 12 months' experience in some of the areas above. The team has had success recruiting contentious solicitors from other backgrounds so they could be open minded to experience, as long as the candidate can properly explain why they are specifically interested in this area of practice.
