A leading UK bank is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Policy Manager to enhance the understanding of upcoming regulatory changes and their risks. You will support the regulatory reporting team, produce reports for senior leadership, and provide technical expertise across various functions. This can be a hybrid role, offering competitive salary, discretionary bonuses, and a range of benefits. As the Regulatory Reporting Policy Manager, you are primarily responsible for supporting the Regulatory Reporting team and the business in understanding the upcoming regulatory policy developments and the associated risks for their areas. This includes keeping abreast of upcoming regulatory changes and assessing/delivering the associated requirements for Metro Bank. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Bank complies with all applicable regulations and protectsour customers and you will play an integral role in the regulatory reporting delivery mechanisms.
Develop and maintain policy materials and memos addressing key interpretive matters
Knowledge and experience of interpreting and understanding UK prudential regulatory policy
