Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in major European regulations (ESMA, MiFID, etc.).
• Execute risk and control processes to ensure non-financial regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with Business, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Consult on regulatory projects to enable compliant commercial activity.
• Analyze data flows and booking models to improve reporting quality.
• Leverage analytics and automation to detect anomalies and streamline workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better controls.
• Train colleagues to achieve risk and innovation targets.
