Job summary

Leasys UK is seeking a Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Manager to support the Head of Compliance in maintaining an effective framework across the business. The role focuses on regulatory reporting, controls, validation of data, and governance to meet FCA expectations.

2 days in the office in Coventry/Slough, hybrid work arrangement within the UK. You're expected to coordinate reporting obligations, provide actionable MI, and escalate risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a regulated financial services compliance environment.
• Experience supporting FCA regulatory reporting, regulatory submissions or data validation.
• Experience with regulatory change, horizon scanning or policy and procedure reviews.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Risk, Operations, Data or Customer Experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance in maintaining a compliant framework across Leasys UK and ensure governance requirements are understood and evidenced.
• Manage compliance and risk controls on second-line oversight activities and assist with regulatory returns.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting obligations and support preparation, validation and submission of regulatory returns.
• Work with multiple business areas to validate data, monitor controls, and escalate compliance risks.
