ROLE OVERVIEW / PURPOSE OF JOB

The Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Sr. Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Funds‑Axis Technology client relationships in respect of regulatory reporting, ensuring delivery of a consistently high level of service to clients. You will be an adaptable team player demonstrating strong communication skills and leadership both with your team and with the wider Funds‑Axis business. You will deliver operational excellence in accordance with the Company Mission and Vision, and in a manner supportive of the Funds‑Axis Values and Business Culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. To support the delivery of all regulatory reporting requirements to the highest possible standard for a defined list of clients. Regulatory reporting will cover:
    • AIFMD Annex IV reporting
    • Derivative Usage reporting
    • Investment Compliance
  2. Performance of data quality checks using internal data platform to ensure an efficient and timely delivery of regulatory reporting.
  3. Completion of all required checks along with relevant audits evidencing successful completion of all checks in line with Funds‑Axis regulatory reporting procedures.
  4. To ensure the highest standard of client relationship management, attending periodic calls line with Funds‑Axis’ client governance policies, including periodic visits to client premises.
  5. To ensure delivery of excellent customer service, including evidencing using workflow management tools in line with Funds‑Axis’ policies.
  6. Responding to client and regulator queries in line with Funds‑Axis’ SLA policies.
  7. Identifying, documenting, and raising areas of process automation or improvement with the Regulatory Reporting Team Lead.
  8. Training and supporting team members to improve efficiencies and exercise control and governance checks.
  9. Other:
    • Issue/incident management and escalation
    • Manage the day‑to‑day BAU investment compliance activities that includes:
      1. Data upload and exception investigation
      2. Governance over successful completion of processes
      3. Investigating compliance results
      4. Client daily reporting via daily dashboard
      5. Daily data quality checking in HighWire
      6. Query resolution
    1. Publishing periodic metrics to management
    2. Participate in assigned projects/other work as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years experience in AIFMD Annex IV regulatory reporting
  • Knowledge in UCITS, Prospectus Rules and Form PF
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and keen in problem solving
  • Excellent organization skills, interpersonal and communication skills
  • MBA or relevant education qualification
  • Self‑driven, flexible, innovative, and adaptable team player
  • Based out of India, preferably NCR region
