Job summary

PGIM Credit in London is seeking an Analyst for Regulatory Reporting on a six-month contract. The role sits in Global Regulatory Reporting and focuses on EMIR, SFTR and ASIC obligations.

You will work with technology on requirements, communicate regulatory issues, and support testing, data integrity checks and monthly reconciliations. A degree is preferred with strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Regulatory reporting experience
• Knowledge of EMIR Refit regulatory reporting is essential
• Knowledge of SFTR would be beneficial
• MIFID II reporting knowledge is desired
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and absorb information across product areas
• Solid understanding of business risk and operational controls

Responsibilities

• Support EMIR, SFTR and ASIC regulatory reporting obligations
• Collaborate with technology on requirements and implementation
• Resolve regulatory issues with operational risk and stakeholders
• Perform UAT testing and monitor production for updates
• Review Kaizen reports for accuracy and improvements
• Manage development backlog with Technology
• Escalate issues to legal/compliance when needed
• Respond to client queries and regulatory requests
• Conduct data integrity checks monthly/quarterly
• Coordinate with brokers to reduce breaks on reconciled fields
• Engage with regulatory vendors and service calls
• Cross-train on BAU processes
• Stay updated on industry/regulatory developments
