Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Financial Promotions Officer to join the Financial Promotions team in Wimbledon. You will review and approve customer communications across digital and print, ensuring compliance, clarity and effective outcomes.

The role works with Product, Digital, Creative and Client teams in a hybrid setup, requiring regulatory expertise, stakeholder engagement and a focus on delivering right-first-time governance for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, approving or advising on financial promotions and customer communications.
• Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations governing financial promotions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them pragmatically.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering good customer outcomes.
• Experience working across multiple teams and positively influencing stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using management information to drive insight and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with clients and business stakeholders.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
