Job description

A leading international bank is seeking an experienced Regulatory Project Manager to join its Financial Crime & Compliance (FC&C) function. This role will focus on delivering key regulatory change initiatives, including enhancements to the Conduct Risk Framework (such as Consumer Duty) and managing changes related to the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI). You will also provide project management support for other significant compliance changes impacting the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of regulatory change projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define and implement project plans.
  • Work closely with IT and global offices to ensure technology solutions meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through best practices and innovative tools.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale regulatory change projects within financial services, ideally in global or investment banking.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, including Conduct Risk and AEoI.
  • Familiarity with First, Second, and Third Line of Defence processes.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and full lifecycle delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
