Turner & Townsend seeks talented consultants at Consultant, Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant levels to base from Birmingham or London (other UK locations possible). You will work on regulatory advisory and assurance services for regulators in utilities, water and transport, shaping governance and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the water sector (for a company, regulator or other relevant industry organisation)
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of regulated sectors and their challenges
• Ability to develop insights and translate them into actionable solutions
• Delivering outcomes in complex environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Leading/supporting the identification and implementation of strategies that improve governance, operational performance and/or reporting
• Leading/supporting projects looking at how regulation and policy impacts on companies and other stakeholders and auditing or reviewing submissions from companies to determine if they align with regulatory requirements and expectations
• Leading/supporting projects with companies in the development of their periodic business plans or investment programmes
• Leading/supporting projects with regulators to deliver strategic sector goals
• Leading/supporting business generation activities
