Are you passionate about delivering for our customers and the environment? This role is at the heart of ensuring we deliver our regulatory commitments and maintaining transparency and trust in how we report to Ofwat. You’ll play a key part in shaping the way we share our performance story, helping us maintain our reputation as an industry leader and evolving the business as we move to a new regulatory model.
As our Regulatory Oversight Lead, you’ll coordinate and deliver essential reports, including the Annual Performance Report, quarterly ODI forecasts, and PCD Delivery Plans. Your work will ensure that our submissions are accurate, consistent, and compliant—building confidence with regulators and stakeholders alike.
But this role is about more than reporting. You’ll help us innovate by driving automation and aligning processes and data, turning information into insight that guides strategic decisions. You’ll also be a trusted advisor across the business, sharing regulatory knowledge and helping teams understand what compliance means for them.
You’ll work closely with a wide range of colleagues—from Operations and Finance to Governance and Assurance—building strong relationships and influencing at every level. Your ability to see the big picture while managing the details will be key to success.
You’ll be based at ourSevern Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
