Qualifications

  • Experience in EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC, and/or SFTR is a plus.
  • Ability to grasp concepts of a technical nature.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries efficiently until resolution.
  • Help clients understand how the solution works.
  • Involvement in client training and site visits.
  • Escalate and ensure follow-up on issues.
  • Work on client-specific projects.
