The role

This role focuses on shaping the future of regulation by delivering well-reasoned decisions, advice, and reports that can stand up to external review. You will lead and mentor a team, helping them navigate risk and regulatory challenges, while also developing and delivering technical training to enhance regulatory and legal expertise across the organisation.

The candidate

The organisation is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX Lawyer with strong experience in private practice or in-house roles. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing regulatory and operational risks and delivering practical, effective solutions. You will have proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and influencing others, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
