A leading energy company is seeking a Regulatory Finance Manager to connect external interfaces with stakeholders and provide strategic financial leadership. In this pivotal role, you'll influence prices and revenue recovery, manage Ofgem processes, and lead a collaborative finance team. We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This is a key leadership role that connects Cadent's external interfaces with shippers and Ofgem, as well as internal teams across regulatory and finance. You'll play a pivotal role in setting prices, ensuring Cadent recovers its allowed revenues under the RIIO framework (Revenue = Incentives + Innovation + Outputs - approximately £2 billion per year), and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue allowances.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you'll lead the delivery of regulatory finance activities, provide strategic financial advice, and ensure the quality and consistency of financial information reported to Ofgem and shareholders. You'll also identify value opportunities, perform financial modelling, and advise on financial returns to support Cadent's regulatory and financial success.
