An innovative beauty technology company based in Alderley Edge is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. This role involves ensuring that all products meet regulatory standards and supporting market access strategies. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, particularly in the cosmetics or medical device sectors. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that all products, packaging, labelling, and documentation meet applicable global regulatory, environmental, and quality standards. Supporting teams across all business areas, this role provides expert guidance on regulatory pathways, market entry, environmental compliance, and documentation control. The Specialist will work cross‑functionally to ensure that all materials from product user manuals to packaging artwork comply with relevant requirements and maintain the company’s commitment to safe, sustainable, and compliant innovation.
· Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar regulatory role, ideally within the medical device, cosmetics, or related industry.
· Proven experience working with international regulatory frameworks, ideally including EU MDR, Health Canada, TGA, and APAC requirements.
· Strong understanding of environmental and sustainability compliance.
· Experience reviewing and approving packaging, labelling, artwork, and product documentation for compliance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business requirements.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders across different regions.

2nd Stage – A one‑hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
