Job summary

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for Food Supplements to join 1485 Ltd in the North West. The role centers on ensuring UK, EU and international regulatory adherence from development through to launch and export, becoming a trusted voice across departments.

You will monitor regulatory changes, advise across teams, manage registrations and support international market requirements. A site-based role with one day per week at home, offering a £40,000–£47,000 base plus bonus and

• Check ingredients, formulations, claims, labels and packaging against UK, EU and relevant international rules.
• Advise colleagues across product development, sales, procurement, operations and supply chain.
• Review product changes and approve artwork, specifications and technical documents.
• Track regulatory changes and translate them into practical guidance.
• Manage product registrations, customer portals and product information systems.
• Support export requirements, including certificates and market-specific documentation.
• Respond to technical queries from customers, retailers and industry contacts.

We’re looking for a food supplements regulatory specialist to join a growing business with an increasingly international customer base. You’ll be a trusted voice across the company, helping teams make sound decisions from early product development through to launch and export. In this role, you’ll:

• Check ingredients, formulations, claims, labels and packaging against UK, EU and relevant international rules.
• Advise colleagues across product development, sales, procurement, operations and supply chain.
• Review product changes and approve artwork, specifications and technical documents.
• Track regulatory changes and turn them into clear, practical guidance.
• Manage product registrations, customer portals and product information systems.
• Support export requirements, including certificates and market-specific documentation.
• Respond to technical queries from customers, retailers and industry contacts.

You’ll bring:

• Solid food supplements regulatory experience - this experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of ingredients and labelling, and the confidence to explain complex requirements clearly.
• A detail-focused approach and a real proactivity in finding answers when you don't know them already.
• Any knowledge of markets beyond the UK and EU—such as the US or Middle East is a bonus.

The package:

• Guide of £40,000–£47,000 base salary, with a good benefits package, including a bonus, on top. The role is based in the North West and is predominantly site-based, with one day per week at home.
