Job summary

Your responsibilities will include :

• Advise commercial and functional teams on complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance matters
• Provide legal and compliance support across anti‑bribery, antitrust, data protection, sanctions, and market conduct issues
• Support internal investigations and risk assessment

For this role, you will need the following experience :

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction (e.g. Australia, Singapore, Canada)
• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent)
• Strong practical understanding of global trading and regulatory frameworks, ideally with UK / US exposure
• Experience gained in a top‑tier law firm or in‑house within a commodities trading, energy, or financial services business
