  • Proven track record of delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Adherence to all reporting policies, procedures, and controls for trade data submission.
  • Monitor exception queues, ensuring items are investigated and resubmitted.
  • Act as point of contact for clients regarding regulatory submissions.
  • Timely escalation of identified issues and work with stakeholders to report breaches.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Regulatory Analysis and Reporting Representative to join our Regulatory Trade & Transaction Reporting team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Adherence to all reporting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the timely, complete and accurate submission of our trade and transactional data.
  • Monitoring of exception queues, ensuring all items are investigated, data cleansed and where required resubmitted to the Regulators by end of day.
  • Act as point of contact for our clients, taking ownership of client queries or data requests relating to regulatory submissions we make on their behalf.
  • Timely escalation of issues identified in the daily process. Working with internal stakeholders in the collation of data to report any potential breaches and to remediate reporting issues.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
