Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience redesigning processes for AI, data management, and regulatory strategy.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a scientific environment.
• Ability to lead change in a matrixed organisation with enterprise-wide impact.
• Strong commitment to medical compliance and Roche Code of Conduct.
