Job summary

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Training Manager to develop and implement training programs related to Veeva RIM. This role involves creating training materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring the effectiveness of training delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a Life Science Degree or equivalent experience and have strong project management and communication skills. This position is hybrid, requiring some on-site presence in London.

Qualifications

• Life Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in training and communications.
• Proven experience in project management and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Coordinate and deliver training for Super Users and End Users.
• Evaluate training effectiveness post-delivery.

Experience in Project management tools & systems

Strong training delivery capability

Good understanding and direct experience with Veeva RIM deployments

Strong communication skills

Education

Life Science Degree or other University degree with equivalent experience
