Job summary

Chadwick Nott in Oxford is seeking a Regulatory Advocate Property Senior Associate to join their regulatory team. You will work on your own matters, assist a partner with more complex cases, draft witness statements, advise on evidence and defence, instruct counsel and conduct your own advocacy.

You should be an ambitious advocate (barrister or solicitor advocate) with experience in regulatory matters and/or litigation.

Qualifications

• 2-6 PQE in regulatory matters and/or litigation.
• Ambitious advocate (barrister or solicitor advocate).
• Experience in regulatory matters and/or litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on a vast array of regulatory cases and be involved from the start.
• Take instructions, draft witness statements, advise on evidence and defence, instruct counsel and conduct your own advocacy.

Would you like to work alongside leaders in their field in one of the largest national leading practices and provider of legal services? Our client is now looking for a 2+ PQE to join their highly regarded regulatory team. You will be working on your own matters and assisting a partner with more complex cases, with the assistance of a paralegal. You will be working on a vast array of regulatory cases and involved from the start, taking instructions, drafting witness statements, advising on evidence and defence, instructing counsel and conducting your own advocacy. You will be an ambitious advocate (barrister or solicitor advocate) with experience in regulatory matters and/or litigation and be keen to develop your skillset in this very interesting practice area.
