Taylor Root, on behalf of a leading financial services client, is seeking a Regulated Funds/Asset Management Lawyer to join the dynamic legal team. You will advise on complex fund structures, regulatory issues, and governance across the investment funds spectrum.

Key duties include handling UCITS and AIFs, drafting and negotiating fund documentation, and providing strategic advice on MiFID, PRIIPs and SFDR, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulators.

Competenze

2–7+ years post-qualification experience in investment funds, financial services, or asset management law.
Strong understanding of Lux/French UCITS products, AIFs etc.
Experience advising on regulatory matters affecting retail funds (MiFID, PRIIPs, and SFDR).

Mansioni

Advising on the structuring, establishment, and ongoing operation of investment funds, including UCITS, AIF and other regulated fund vehicles.
Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, including prospectuses, investment management agreements, distribution agreements, and regulatory disclosures.
Providing strategic legal advice on fund governance, investor relations, and regulatory developments.
Liaising with regulators, external counsel, and industry bodies to stay ahead of market trends and legal developments.
Supporting internal teams on fund-related matters, including tax, compliance, and risk management.
