About the role

In Cardiff and Bristol, our test centres are hard at work, assisting candidates taking the test, as with our other centres nationwide. To give them vital support, we need a professional customer‑focused individual with first‑class communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Registrar, you will ensure that candidates are registered following the ID Policy and Procedure, carry out administrative functions on a day‑to‑day basis, promote a secure exam environment, maintain full compliance with Trinity’s examination policies and procedures, and, when required, oversee the smooth running of the centres. The role is 24 hours a week, worked over three days between Monday and Sunday, with office hours 8:15 am–6:30 pm and weekend availability as needed. Shift patterns are determined by rota.
