An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated and supportive team who will contribute to providing top-quality care to our patients. Your day will involve a mix of inpatient care, consulting, and surgery in a busy first opinion practice with visiting and in-house specialists. You’ll have the opportunity to work across all clinical areas, collaborating closely with our veterinary and nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Confidence and independence are important for working within our busy hospital and branch surgeries, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.
We are a busy, 24-hour small animal practice supported by a skilled and compassionate team of 17 veterinarians, 16 nurses, and dedicated reception and night staff. We take pride in our commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, actively encouraging further training and certification.
As a registered training practice, we regularly welcome students and enjoy the added expertise of specialist services, including ophthalmology and a weekly visiting orthopaedic vet who manages external referrals.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days. The role includes participation in a weekend rota (1 in 10) and only occasional out-of-hours cover to support sick provision.
