Job summary

Animal Trust is seeking a passionate RVN to join our St Helens team on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week. The clinic offers two theatres, a dental suite with X-ray and ultrasound capabilities, and a calm environment designed for patient comfort.

We operate as a Community Interest Company, prioritising patient care, accessible pricing, and a supportive culture. Weekend shifts are included as part of the role, with strong emphasis on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold RVN registration with the RCVS.
• Part-time role: 20 hours per week.
• Experience in a busy small animal clinic is desirable.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across a busy small animal clinic.
• Assist in theatres and dental suite with ultrasound and X-ray support.

We’re looking for a passionate RVN to join our team at St Helens on a part time basis. Our affordable service will provide the pets and pet owners of St Helens with high‑quality care without the hefty price tag. The diverse caseload at Animal Trust means no two days will be the same, allowing you to use all your nursing skills. This clinic will be supported by our 24/7 site at Warrington, ensuring ongoing care for the pets we treat.

Our St Helens clinic features top‑tier facilities to provide exceptional care for pets. The clinic will include two fully equipped theatres, a dedicated dental suite with dental X‑ray, and a diagnostic room offering both ultrasound and digital X‑ray services. Designed for patient comfort, the clinic will have six consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, and a spacious waiting room with a quiet area for cats, ensuring a calm and stress‑free environment for all pets
