Orthopaedic Veterinary Nurse - East London

This is an exceptional chance for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to step into an orthopaedic nurse role within our large 24-hour hospital. If you excel in the theatre environment and have a keen interest in orthopaedics, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This full-time position, comprising 40 hours per week, is tailored for an RVN who thrives in the theatre, particularly in assisting with orthopaedic surgeries. Your rota will include an average of 1:4 weekends with time off in lieu (TOIL) and up to 3 bank holidays per year. You will be scheduled to work the same shifts as the orthopaedic surgeon, ensuring a seamless and efficient patient journey. When the surgeon is not operating, you will support other areas of the theatre, broadening your experience and skills.

The hospital offers outstanding diagnostic support, including a new CT scanner, a commercial laboratory, and a robust medical team. You will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 24 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 SVNs, 7 VCAs, and a large front-of-house team dedicated to excellent client care.
