Job summary

Vets for Pets in Spalding is seeking a recently qualified RVN to join our proactive team. The role offers open hours from 9am to 7pm with no weekends, bank holidays or out-of-hours shifts, and a supportive environment that encourages postgraduate qualifications and CPD.

You’ll join a practice owned by an experienced clinician, with a focus on orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery, and opportunities to develop your clinical interests while delivering excellent patient and client care.

You’ll be joining our Practice Owner who has 25 years industry experience and is passionate about Orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery.

About You

Nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients. We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic team player who is keen to work in a progressive, fast paced first opinion practice, with high clinical standards. The key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the veterinary nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care.

You’ll have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, be cheerful, down-to-earth and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare. Our team of RVNs are able to utilise their full range of skills and we actively encourage all our colleagues to develop their individual areas of clinical interests.

About The Role

We can consider full or part time hours for the role, the surgery is open between 9am and 7pm and there are no weekends, bank holidays or OOH involved in this position!
