Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Mount Road Vets, just a few miles from central Manchester. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with Mon-Fri 10:00am–6:00pm and no weekend work; part-time applications may be considered to cover the 40-hour week across the team.

You will work within a supportive VCA team, performing sole-charge nursing when needed, and taking ownership of nursing responsibilities while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied first opinion caseload.
• Run nurse appointments and support preventative healthcare.
• Support patient admissions and discharges with accurate communication and records.
• Administer treatments as directed, including injections, medications, fluid therapy and dressings.
