Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Cedarmount Vets on a full-time basis. You will be integral to the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work with surgeons and the practice team, caring for first opinion cases, contributing to standards, and aiding ongoing patient care development. 40 hours weekly, on a Monday–Friday rota, 1 in 8 weekends, no OOH.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
• A proactive approach to learning, reflection, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Nurse consults.
• Monitoring anaesthesia.
• Supporting with diagnostics including imaging and lab work.
• Inpatient care.
