Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Sampson Park - Kettering on a full-time basis. You will work closely with 3 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 student nurse, 1 veterinary care assistant and 5 client care receptionists in a collaborative, supportive practice.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
• A proactive approach to learning, reflection and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with anaesthesia induction, maintenance and patient monitoring.
• Support Veterinary Surgeons, assist with consultations and run dedicated nurse clinics.
• Provide exceptional client care, education and advice.
