Job summary

TipTopJob in Weybridge is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a friendly and supportive team. This full-time role offers a stable pattern with 9am-6pm shifts, 4–5 days per week, and no weekend or out-of-hours work.

You will care for inpatients, assist with anaesthesia and surgery, perform in-house diagnostics, and guide clients on post-operative care and wellbeing. A collaborative environment prioritizes patient welfare and work-life balance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clinical nursing including inpatient care, monitoring, treatments, and records.

• Nurse clinics and senior pet reviews.

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) : Weybridge

Weybridge Full:Time 4:5 Days Per Week 9am:6pm No Weekends No Out:of:Hours

The Role

• Clinical Nursing: Providing excellent inpatient care, including patient monitoring, administering treatments and maintaining accurate clinical records.


• Anaesthesia Support: Assisting with anaesthetic induction, monitoring and recovery across a range of procedures.


• Surgical Assistance: Preparing theatres, supporting veterinary surgeons during operations and maintaining high standards of sterility and patient safety.


• Laboratory Work: Performing in:house diagnostic tests, preparing samples and helping maintain laboratory equipment.


• Client Communication: Providing clear and empathetic advice to clients on post:operative care, nutrition, preventative healthcare and general pet wellbeing.


• Nurse Clinics: Conducting routine clinics such as weight checks, nail clips, parasite:control advice and senior pet reviews.


• Practice Support: Maintaining stock levels, upholding cleanliness and infection:control standards, and contributing to a positive team culture.
