Purosearch Ltd. is helping a proud independent small animal practice in Redditch recruit an RVN. This full-time role (38 hours/week) involves supporting vets, nurse consults, and client communication in a hands-on, friendly team. Only 1 in 7 weekends.

An established and independent small animal practice in Redditch is seeking a dedicated

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their friendly and committed team. With a strong local reputation and a practical, hands‑on approach, the practice is looking for a RVN to join their team who is ready to get involved in all areas of nursing.

The Role:

As an RVN, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit clinical team providing outstanding care to both inpatients and outpatients. This is a varied role where you’ll be expected to take initiative, support vets in surgery, carry out nurse consults, and engage with clients in a compassionate and informative way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across all areas of the practice
• Monitor anaesthesia and assist in surgical procedures
• Run nurse-led consults and promote preventative healthcare
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised clinical environment
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the wider team

Requirements:

• RCVS-registered (or eligible to register)
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Good communication and client care skills
