Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at PetMedics Walkden. Offering a salary of up to £30,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits. We are well equipped, with up-to-date equipment, and forward thinking and this role offers all aspects of general practice and referral nursing. We support our Nurses to deliver care at its best.

The role
  • To provide a high standard of nursing care, including intensive care and emergency critical care, to a variety of patients.
  • Assist our Vets during surgical and medical procedures
  • Monitor and support the recovery of patient\'s post-surgery
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support and collaborate with your peers
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the practice, including client communication
  • Support and run nursing clinics
You\'ll bring
  • Must be RCVS registered
  • A passion for animal care and welfare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Hours

The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
