Job summary

White House Vets in Malvern is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. As part of inspiring vet care, you’ll contribute to high standards of patient care and client service in a well-established small animal practice.

You'll work 40 hours a week, with shifts between 8:00am and 7:30pm, and a 1 in 5 Saturday morning rota. No out-of-hours work is required, and you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice, with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied first opinion caseload.
• Support surgical procedures, including anaesthesia monitoring and theatre nursing.
• Run nurse consultations and support preventative healthcare.
• Provide excellent inpatient care and patient monitoring.

White House Vets is a well-established first opinion small animal practice in Malvern, with a strong reputation for delivering high standards of patient and client care. As a smaller practice, we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive working environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team who work closely together to provide excellent patient care while creating a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere. Our nurses play an integral role in the practice and are encouraged to take responsibility, use their initiative and fully utilise their nursing skills.

Practice Highlights

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
