Medivet Guildford is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a friendly, supportive team. The role offers a Clinical Coach path for developing colleagues and nurturing new skills within a close-knit, community-focused practice.

You’ll perform nurse-led appointments, advise clients, and work with veterinary surgeons to ensure high standards of patient care. A wider clinical network provides exposure to complex cases and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse required.
• Experience in clinical coaching is desirable.
• Strong patient and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities while supporting consults, surgeries and procedures.

Here at Medivet Guildford, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our friendly and supportive team. We’re particularly keen to hear from nurses who are passionate about clinical excellence and would enjoy taking on the role of Clinical Coach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys being part of a close-knit, community-focused practice. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our loyal clients and their pets while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

As an RVN at Medivet Guildford, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day clinical care of our patients. You’ll deliver nurse-led appointments, provide advice and support to clients, and work closely with our Veterinary Surgeons during consultations and procedures to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of care.

You’ll also contribute to maintaining excellent clinical, regulatory and operational standards, helping us provide a consistently high-quality experience for our patients, clients and colleagues.

You’ll also participate in the on-call rota, giving you valuable exposure to a fast-paced hospital environment. Working alongside experienced hospital teams, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with more complex patients and advanced procedures, helping you continue to develop both clinically and professionally.

At Medivet Guildford, you’ll work one Saturday in four, helping us maintain continuity of care for our clients and patients while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Clinical Coach opportunity

If you’re an experienced RVN with a passion for supporting others, there is also the opportunity to take on the role of Clinical Coach. You’ll play an important part in supporting the development of colleagues and helping to nurture the next generation of veterinary nurses.
