Job summary

DNA Vetcare in Barton-upon-Humber is seeking a registered veterinary nurse (RVN) to join our supportive Barton Vets team. This full‑time role offers a wide and varied caseload, including nursing inpatients, Schedule 3 procedures, anaesthetic monitoring, and nurse clinics to help you develop to your full potential.

We back your progression with CPD and internal opportunities, 5.6 weeks’ annual leave, Perkbox, and dental and health cashback.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with current registration.
• Ability to perform Schedule 3 procedures and assist in anaesthesia.
• Experience in inpatient nursing and running nurse clinics.

Responsibilities

• Nurse inpatients and monitor patients throughout the day.
• Perform Schedule 3 procedures and assist with anaesthesia.
• Run nurse clinics and support clinical teams in a busy practice.

About The Role

Join our amazing team at Barton Vets in Barton-upon-Humber as a registered veterinary nurse!

We are hiring for a RVN to join our phenomenal team. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a super supportive team of RVNs, and certificate holding vets, giving you a wide and varied caseload to keep you feeling satisfied every day.

As a RVN in our team, you will be practising your skills to your full potential, nursing inpatients, performing schedule 3 procedures, monitoring anaesthetics, running nurse clinics and more. We are dedicated to supporting you in becoming the RVN you want to be.

- Full time role

- No OOH

- 1:5 Saturday rota (8.30am-1pm)

- Salary up to £34,000 DOE
