We're seeking a leader who can navigate complexity, inspire teams through challenge, and never lose sight of the person at the centre of the support.

If you have the experience, resilience, and passion to lead in a complex environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional person‑centred support, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will understand the importance of delivering personalised, therapeutic, and person‑centred support, whilst confidently leading teams to respond to complex situations in a safe, proactive, and compassionate way.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers delivering high‑quality, personalised support.
  • Take responsibility for the overall performance, quality, and compliance of the service.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual requirements, and organisational standards.
  • Lead on safeguarding, incident management, risk reduction, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma‑informed approaches throughout the service.
  • Promote positive risk‑taking whilst ensuring effective risk management practices are in place.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, families, healthcare professionals, social workers, advocates, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management, and staff development.
  • Drive continuous improvement and service development.
  • Oversee audits, quality assurance processes, and action planning.
  • Ensure excellent record keeping and compliance with GDPR and Data Protection requirements.
  • Create and sustain a positive culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
