Job summary

Job description

This role involves undertaking various social work duty tasks, which include:

  • Supporting with the quality assurance of documents such as safety plans, assessments, and reports
  • Attending meetings, such as CP conferences, to support less experienced social workers when needed
  • Overseeing a small caseload of complex cases during a colleague's sickness period

You are an experienced social worker with a strong background in the Court and Child Protection arenas. You excel in providing support and guidance to less experienced colleagues and can manage complex cases effectively. You are friendly, supportive, and committed to enhancing the quality of service provided to children. You will be required to be office-based a minimum of 3 days a week to support the duty tasks and provide support to the team.
