A leading children's service organization in Kirkby Stephen is seeking an experienced manager to oversee solo homes for children. This pivotal role involves leading a team, ensuring high standards of care, and collaborating with professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of management experience in children's homes and a Level 5 Diploma. Competitive salary up to £58,344 and a £5,000 welcome bonus are offered, along with extensive benefits including a relocation package.

We are now seeking experienced managers to lead our solo homes for up to 2 children, supporting one child at a time with 2:1 care. This is not your average management role.
