A specialized care organization in the UK is seeking an experienced manager to lead and oversee two solo occupancy homes for children in need. This leadership role involves building a supportive environment, recruiting and developing a strong team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing children’s homes and possess a Level 5 Diploma. At Wilderness Way, the children we support are the heart of every decision we make. As our services continue to evolve, we’re re-registering our homes to build on that strong foundation and ensure we keep raising the bar. We are now seeking experienced managers to lead our solo homes for up to 2 children, supporting one child at a time with 2:1 care.
