A leading healthcare trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a registered professional to join their Safeguarding Training Team. This role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating safeguarding training for staff while promoting a ‘Think Family’ approach. Ideal candidates will have a passion for safeguarding, experience in training, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. The position requires a valid UK driving license as travel across various sites is necessary.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered professional to join the Safeguarding Training Team to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Trustwide Safeguarding Training Programme across Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The Safeguarding Training Team pride themselves in the design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of high-quality safeguarding training and education throughout the Trust, promoting a 'Think Family' approach to safeguarding. We are looking for an applicant who has a passion for promoting the safety and welfare of children, young people and adults at risk, and who is able to incorporate their own experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice into the development and delivery of safeguarding training for all Trust staff. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled Worker Visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. Applicants requiring a Skilled Worker Visa can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship against the relevant criteria here https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa.
