A prominent healthcare provider in Bradford is seeking a dedicated team member for their Neonatal Service. The successful candidate will support Registered Nurses with managing workloads and ensuring quality care for patients and families. Excellent time management, clinical, and communication skills are essential. The role offers an opportunity for professional development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
We have had a number of recent successes in developing a large education team, perinatal palliative care support and specialist infant feeding nurses so now is a really exciting time to be part of team Bradford. There are other specialist roles also in the pipeline that will significantly boost quality and help any successful candidate to provide the level of care that all professionals in the field aspire to achieve.
The jobholder will work within the Neonatal Service as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role will be concerned with supporting the Registered Nurses to manage their workload and ensure a safe and equitable service is provided to all patients and families. As a registrant you will be responsible for taking an appropriate workload as defined by the nurse in charge.
