Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Arbennek Community Nursing Team. Based in the Clays base, travel across the PCN will be required to deliver high-quality community care and support ongoing professional development.

Successful applicants will work with shared governance with Registered Community Nurses and other professionals, contributing to patient assessments and care plans in line with service pathways.

Qualifications

  • NMC registration
  • Previous experience in health/care setting
  • Experience in Community Nursing Team
  • Ability to participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision
  • Understanding of evidence-based practice
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and recognise delegation boundaries
  • Understands NMC The Code and professional standards
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required

Responsibilities

  • Work with Registered Community Nurses and the multi-professional team to provide and monitor care
  • Contribute to ongoing assessment in line with supervising clinician(s) and service pathways
  • Monitor health needs of people in care in partnership with the team
  • Travel within the area to fulfill role requirements

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CFT) is excited to offer opportunities for a Registered Nursing Associate to join our Arbennek Community Nursing Team Are you passionate about providing high quality patient care and would like to be part of the Arbennek Community Nursing team, based in the Clays base but required to complete work across the PCN. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will need to be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing as well as a desire for on-going professional development.You should also have an understanding of the changing climate of care delivery in the community with the ability to travel independently across the area to fulfil the requirements being essential. Successful applicants will be invited to attend a Selection Day at Carew House, Bodmin on 2nd October 2026. This will be a morning or afternoon to be confirmed., The role of the Registered Nursing Associate is to work with the Registered Community Nurses and other members of the multi-professional team, providing and monitoring care and contributing to the ongoing assessment, as agreed with supervising clinician(s) and in line with the service pathways.     Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
  • NMC registration
