Ramsay Clinic Orange located within Dudley Private Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated Mental Health Unit.

Our clinic delivers advanced holistic mental health care through both inpatient and outpatient programs supporting individuals experiencing anxiety mood disorders and other general mental health concerns.

As a Registered Nurse in this unit you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient-centred care. Youll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and improve outcomes for our patients while also contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

About You

Youre a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurses with a strong interest in mental health care. You are committed to delivering exceptional care and continuously developing your clinical skills. You enjoy working in a team environment and thrive when supporting others.

You will demonstrate :

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of two years experience in mental health nursing (preferred)
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Compassionate patient-focused approach to care

Highly desirable :

  • Postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing
  • Proficiency in electronic clinical systems and Microsoft Office
